Well folks all of your prayers have payed off we. We have been blessed enough to sell our house. Last Friday we accepted an offer on our house and everything since then has seemed to fall into place. We were not expecting an offer, because our house has been listed for quite some time, so we did not have another home picked out. We were a little nervous and I was trying to figure how I could put us all down at night in the van since we had a good chance of being homeless. Heavenly Father has blessed us so much. We looked at homes on Saturday and Monday. By Monday night we had put an offer on what we believe is the perfect home for us and today they accepted our offer. DID I mention that I was surprised they accepted our offer because we were sticklers and the home is a brand new build? It just goes to show you that when the time is right everything just seems to fall into place.
Info on our new house: Our home is located in a new subdivision on the corner of Lincoln and 45th street out in the country. It is almost 3000 sq feet and right now is waiting for all the finish work to be done which is a blessing for us. We love the layout and because we got it in time we get to pick all of our flooring, counter tops, and cabinets. We are so excited. We were able to meet with the flooring company today and pick our hard wood flooring, tile, carpet, and cabinet stain color. It is feeling a little like Christmas around here.
I'm not trying to brag at all. This has just been a long time coming with many prayers and much saving and preparation. We are excited to have more room to move! We owe it all to our Heavenly Father and we are so thankful for this opportunity. Thank you all again for your prayers and help these last 2 years. We couldn't have done it without you!!!!
I will try to post more pictures once the finishing work gets started this week. Above is a picture of the outside but it is till rough because the grating needs to be done, but all in good time.

I am so excited for you I asked Steve about shingles he said the best things to do is call BMC west, Home Depot, and Lowes to find the best buy. if you need anything else let us know.
Norandex doesn't sell shingles so those are the only options
